WHAT'S COVERED
Your Polarix product is covered by a Limited 3-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Period: 3 Years
Coverage Begins: On the original date of purchase shown on your proof of purchase.
If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Polarix will, at its sole discretion:
✔ Repair the product
✔ Replace the product with the same model
✔ Replace the product with a comparable model of equal or greater value
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:
✖ Normal cosmetic wear, including scratches, dents, finish wear, or discoloration
✖ Improper use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
✖ Unauthorized repair, modification, alteration, or disassembly
✖ Impact damage caused by dropping or improper handling
✖ Improper storage, transportation, maintenance, or installation
✖ Water damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow operating instructions
✖ Loss or theft of the product
✖ Batteries, accessories, mounting hardware, and other consumable items unless otherwise specified
✖ Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers or identification markings
IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION

l Warranty is non-transferable
l Proof of purchase is required for all claims
l All claims must be submitted within the warranty period
l Polarix reserves the right to inspect and evaluate all products before approving service
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polarix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.
Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
